Ukrainian job-site robota.ua makes a request to translate.googleapis.com to auto-translate to English based on your IP address, with no option to disable.

To fix it, block requests to translate.googleapis.com for robota.ua in uBlock Origin:

translate.googleapis.com$domain=robota.ua

This should work for other pages with automatic Google Translation; just substitute their URL(s) in place of robota.ua.
